The hotel must receive all reservations no later than July 8, 2022 by 12 midnight CST Any reservation requests received after this date will be subject to hotel availability. Check-in time is 4 pm and checkout time is 11:00 am. An Early Departure fee will apply equal to one night’s room and tax. A deposit of first night’s room plus tax is required with all reservation requests. The deposit will be forfeited for all no-shows and for all reservations canceled within 48 hours prior to arrival.
