Instructions for Poster Presenters

Session Date: 

Friday, August 16 and Saturday, August 17, 2019

Presentation Time:

Friday, August 16 from 6:00-8:00 pm (must be at poster during this time).
Saturday, August 17 from 11:45-2:00 pm (must be at poster during this time).

Mount Time:

Friday, August 16 from 11:00 am-4:00 pm

Dismount:

Immediately at conclusion of session on Saturday (by 3:00 pm)

Location:

Zurich Ballroom

Please mount your materials on your poster board at the time indicated above.

There will be Poster Mentoring with faculty dropping by to review your poster.

• The poster board area is approximately 4 feet high by 8 feet wide.
• Your Poster Number will be supplied and located in the upper left hand corner of the board. When you enter the Poster Session Room, look for your poster number and then place your poster on the board that has your Poster Number, not Program Number.
• Push pins will be provided to mount your poster.
